Payments, cancellations and refunds

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. The final order total includes the products, delivery, discounts, credits, and applicable tax shown before payment.

Orders may use multiple parcels when weight, dimensions, value, carrier limits, or safe packing require it. Mixed in-stock and pre-order carts normally dispatch together when every item is ready.

Import duties, destination taxes, and customs handling are not included in delivery prices unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Cancellation, return, and refund eligibility depends on the order status, product type, and applicable consumer law. Contact support promptly with the order reference.
